La diseñadora venezolana Carolina Herrera se ha unido al séquito de diseñadores internacionales que han vestido a la muñeca más fashionista de la historia.
Este año, Herrera tuvo la encomienda de realizar el vestido de boda para Renée Zellweger (quien ya solicitó la anulación de su matrimonio relámpago) y ahora, vestirá a Barbie para un matrimonio de cuento de hadas.
Se trata de un vestido strapless confeccionado en guipiure con bordados en lentejuelas y flores. El largo velo tiene detalles de bordado en perlas.
Para Carolina, esta muñeca refleja las últimas tendencias de la moda en vestidos para novias en todo el mundo. “Es atemporal, una cualidad que siempre trato de incorporar en mis diseños, por eso este proyecto se ha convertido en uno de los más maravillosos de mi carrera”.
Según la diseñadora, lo único que espera ahora es que los coleccionistas disfruten tanto esta muñeca como ella lo hizo diseñando el vestido.
